Trying to install the above in my comuter for the Raideon Hd 4850. Keep getting the following error when i bolth boot my computer and reinstall Catalyst.

Could not load file or assembly 'cli.implementation, version=2.0.3363.36784, Cunlture=nutal, PublicKeyToken=90BA9C70F846762E' or one of its depedencies. The system cannot find the  file specified.

The othere message i get is

Could not load file or assembly 'MOM.implementation, version=2.0.3363.36872, Cunlture=nutal, PublicKeyToken=90BA9C70F846762E' or one of its depedencies. The system cannot find the  file specified.

What can i do?

I have same problem with Vista 32 bit and ASUS EAH4870 DK1G DDR5

"Could not load file or assembly 'MOM.Implementation, Version=2.0.3363.36872, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=90ba9c70f846762e' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."

I have solved problem on Vista 32 bit. This is what I have done.

First you have to uninstall NET Frame work and remove all traces of it. Restart your PC.

Install NET framework 3.5 again from Microsoft which suite your OS. Restart  your PC.

Then uninstall ATI drivers and remove all traces of your ATI software. Restart your PC.

Download drivers which suite your OS Vista 64bit from this link: https://a248.e.akamai.net/f/674/9206/0/www2.ati.com/drivers/9-5_vista64_win7_64_dd_ccc_wdm_enu.exe   on your desktop and install it from there on your PC. Restart PC.

I only registered to say above's solution worked for me, on a dell studio 1737 with the default vista 32 installation and latest 2009 drivers as provided by dell, in case someone else is googling for this.
