Answer: Yes, you must first login to post replies and new topics. However, login is not required to read forum posts.
1. From the top navigation bar, click Login or Register.
2. From the main AMD Dev Central Web site, either log in with your existing username and password or register to become a Dev Central member.
3. Navigate back to the Developer Forums (note: this occurs automatically when logging in with an existing username and password).
4. If this is your first forum visit while logged in, you will be prompted to accept the forum's Terms of Service agreement.
5. You may now post new forum topics and reply to existing forum topics.

Question: How do I start a new topical thread?
Answer:
1. While logged in, navigate to the desired forum topical category.
2. From the gray top-navigation bar, click the new topic link.
