I cannot get registered on the site, because it does not like the pasword - I tried many combinations of digits/letters/special symbols and keep getting the message: " " |

eh, I used the "support and drivers" portal to send a service request, which told me to log into an account that the customer support people made for me. Unforunately, when I logged in, I appeared to be in someone else's account =/ The account profile said that the account belonged to Eric Schilling from Minnesota, but I am most definitely not that Eric Schilling. Furthermore, the account email address on the profile was different from my own (even though I was able to use my own email address to use the "forgot password?" function), so I'm not sure if I'll even be able to receive emails from the ATI people. I was unable to change the default account email. Can someone help me?
By the way, is there a support forum somewhere? I see a devloper forum, a game forum, and a processor forum, but no support forum. Regarding customer care, all I get are automated (and unhelpful) messages |

Hi computerrookie, I sent you a private message with some specific instructions. Regarding your question about AMD support resources, below are links to AMD's various support sites: http://emailcustomercare.amd.com/ - Processor (CPU) support http://support.ati.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=894 - Graphics (GPU) support http://support.amd.com/us/Pages/AMDSupportHub.aspx - Drivers, downloads, documentation You are also welcome to submit technical questions on the AMD processor or game forums. Hope this helps! Paul

Hi, I don't know where to post this, so i just try post it here. I'm getting problem accessing AMD website, every time i type www.amd.com from my browser i'm getting "An unexpected error has occurred." I'm accessing the web site from Jakarta, Indonesia. Btw i check with my friends, they have the same problem, at first i thought it's just temporary, but now it's already a few weeks. Some thing wrong ? but I still can go to www.amd.com/us with no problem. Regards, Izman |

Yes they are the best, however they heat up faster than intel processors. Thank you for sharing the support links, I have bookmarked the page for later reference. |
