The thing that intriqued me was that the article stated that Nehalem wouldn't run on two or four chip servers. (I'm assuming that translates to mobo sockets)... I don't have the benefit of exposure to high performance computing, but with four (virtually 8) cores cramped into a single chip wouldn't that be about the same as a four chip server with a single core?
Also looks like the desktop stuff is nearing becasue MSI announced AM2+ and AM3 compatible motherboards. Yes, that means motherboards with DDR2 and DDR3 RAM slots.
