When I opened my side case and turn my pc on, I focused on my CPU Fan and it actually runs as the pc turns on then stops spinning for a sec, then starts spinning again while the pc starts up... I did this because I get this....

Any suggestions.. help please

Don't need a new thread for this, are there any bios upgrade available for your board?
