HI all,
UPS came yesterday and I received my order from Sidewinder computers, this was my first experience with them and it was a great one. I did some leak testing yesterday and figured once the machine was all buttoned up I would snap some pics. I may make some changes down the road, like mounting the radiator outside and on the back, but im not sure yet. As it stands I have space on the board for one video card and a sound card, I am not planning on doing crossfire anyway, just a single 5970. The hardware for the cooling is a Heatkiller rev 3.0 waterblock, XSPC dual bay reservoir, Feser x-changer 240mm radiator, Swiftech MCP355 pump, Bitspower compressions, 1/2" ID tubing. I did as best as I could with cable management. Thats all I have for now, once the 5970 comes back in stock that will be my next order.

Very nice, but can't you light everything up in red ?
It would match the exterior.

Yeah oddly the case fans that came with it were blue. I was tossing around the idea of red or orange. But then again the PSU is all blue led's and I was not to sure how that would look all mixed together.

I like how you used the swivels on the HK water block . I use them on my XSPC480 Rad . All looks very clean . Nice job . The owner of Sidewinder is a one man show . Very nice guy and highly recommended for good prices and good all around purchase satisfaction . My Crosshair III Formular would look sweat in that rig , mint condition and cheap price !

the black case that is shown here- Show your Setup-Again
is a Apevia case.
i didnt really like it.
the front door blocked any airflow from the outside-that is why i cut 2x120mm side fans.
it came with 1 top,1 front and 1 back 80mm fan with a side duct to put another one.
the thing about cases is that i like to look/touch them for myself.
i have seen cases online that look good but once i see themin person the all disapoint me-cheap and sloppy.
i wont buy another sub-par case agian.

Thanx JC,
I wont be able to do anything as of yet till I get that video card. BTW this may sound strange, I cant wait to get back into gaming, but im kinda bummed that I am almost done. It was alot of fun doing homework picking out parts and then building it. I wish I could do another one or two

Well at least I know im not alone... But the gears have been turning for the last day or so. I just need to figure out how to build another rig without the other half knowing Maybe a tower that does not stand out so much After my HTPC build the hawk eyes have been place on me
