i am running a raid 1 with a m4n68t-m-v2
i get a raid degraded now i have a c&e drives in my computer running windows xp.
i can open both drives they seem to functional in my computer
when it was working fine i only had a c drive

What kind of hard drives are you using in the RAID 1 array? Sounds to me like you are using non-RAID edition Western Digital drives which will degrade sporadically even though there is nothing wrong with the drive. If you are google Western Digital TLER and read up on it.

they were crucial 120 ssd harddrives

Why oh why would you want to place SSDs into a RAID 1 (mirrored) array????

SSD's will degrade in a raid array unless they are almost new ones that support the trim feature in raid. Also windows XP isnt good for an SSD of any configuration as it won't support TRIM at all.

using ssd because of the air environment standard hardrive last about 30 days.
ssd drives last years in this enviroments no moving parts.
company is using raid 1 for data protection

Not true with newer SSD's that have built in garbage collection.




Not sure what to tell you. Not sure if those SSD's are good in a RAID 1 array or not, never seen anyone try it. Things that you could look for are:

Do you have the current firmware installed on your SSD's
Do you have the most recent BIOS version installed for your motherboard
Do you have the latest RAID drivers installed
