I recently built a comp but foudn out that the ******** mobo was defected and btr yet they hadnt even provided installation cd's. I also found out that the ******* company didnt hav tech support!?!?!

but needed some help on how to remove a processor/heatsink from the mobo. i have artic silver 5 b/w proc n hs.

also what mobo is good for amd xp-m? please advise.

one way is to freeze the mobo and hs/f and then the artic sliver 5 will be frozen and should flake off that the only way i know how lol

My understanding of it is, it's better to warm up the CPU so the AS5 doesn't rip the CPU out when you remove the HS/F.

Wow, that blows but the bad tech support and such could be because SOYO is out of the motherboard business. They probably have limited of no resources for support.
