I was disappointed with early reviews on the Tyan K8W Thunder because it was said AMD's USB 2.0 support was broken.

I have seen this repeated after the gamepc review at' ">

*BUT* I surfed over to the Tyan website, and saw USB 2.0 on the Tyan *Tiger* K8W' ">

*BuuuuuT* I looked at the manual:' ">

USB 2.0 seems to be provided by a VIA 6212

Can someone straighten this out?
Is the AMD 8111 USB 2.0 broken, or is it intended to support USB 2.0 using an exteranl chip a la Tyan Tiger K8W?

I think this is worth clarifying as their seems to be some confusion on some forums like 2cpu.
