I finished building the computer yesterday and I installed my Geforce 6800 128mb video card, but there is only a blank screen on the monitor. Then I installed a cheap 4 mb pci video card so I could get into windows to change the drivers. Now every time I try to install the geforce drivers it doesn't detect it in the device manager. This happens even though I take out the old video card and install the new video card to the monitor. There is the same blank screen. I am currently using windows xp. What do I do?

You did connect the 4-pin molex-connector to your Powersupply, did you?

What powersupply do you have? Please post the max. amperage on the +12V rail - the rest of your systems' specs might be helpful, too...
