Very nice but $280 and doesn't even come with a power supply. I don't think I'll be getting one any time soon.

I second that. But Lian-Li makes excellent cases but they are just too much dinero.

I have the Lian-Li V1000.... beautiful... I love the design and feel. It's nice to carry too, the PSU in the bottom makes it feel ligher and more stable. Does a great job cooling, and is nice and quiet.

I've been thinking about getting some nice blue cold cathode tubes to put in the front... emit a nice glow from the perforated front.. (and Yes, I realize it's a knockoff of the G5 case... but it's still a sweet case)

k 280$ for a case is insane. it was plenty hard for me to dish 100$ for one so 280 is not gunna happen.

but it does look like a great case

I can see no reason for spending 280 fora case. Heck I can buy me an A64 processor for that price.

I don't mind paying for good products. My Wave Master cost £155 when it came out, which translates to $284.

Yeah, definately. It was worth every penny. Shortly after I bought mine it dropped in price quite drastically though, at least £40 cheaper. Grrrr.

$280 seems like a lot of money to spend on a case to me. That doesn't mean it's not worth it, just that I'm a cheapskate. To be fair, it's pretty easy to make a case (no pun intended) for buying an expensive high-end case: a good one will stay with you through many upgrades, so you're actually still getting a lot for your money. (This also applies to the power supply and I/O devices, which is part of why skimping on those makes me uncomfortable.)

Well Im not saying its not worth it but I just cant see paying that much. I bought my case for 100 with shipping. And youll throw in the 80 tagan power so 180 total.

I never really liked Lian-Li cases. and that case is no exception.

Well, some people like that understated look. Others want a blank slate to mod the crap out of. I like mostly plain designs with something that stands out, myself, but each to their own, right? There are few hardware things that are more subjective than how cases look.
