i found this and thought i would share it with the rest of you guys:

the sandpaper ranges from 400 grit to 10 micron /ohmy.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='ohmy.gif' />, includes a glass backing and a tube of artic ceramique which can be upgraded to AS5.

any thoughts on this?

That kit is fine, specially, the price is good if they inculde the AS5 in it.

Looks good to me, though I do it cheaper with my countertop (as long as you have a good countertop).

Nothing wrong with ceramique..
