Can Some1 tell me how to overclock my processor and memory.. Please


Athlon XP +3200

768Mb PC-2700

on a Abit NF7-S MotherBoard

and Sadly /sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif' /> windows 2000 Pro

Wait a moment, are you running the front side bus & RAM at 200/400MHz? PC2700 is rated for 166/333MHz.

he didnt say wat speed he was running it at so we should assume that its at stock which is 333mhz. it mite even be lower than that.

I think both my CPU and RAM are running at stock speed I never touched em.

but how do I get to my BIOS and is it pretty easy to see what to change so I wont mess anything up in there lol

Your cpu is 400fsb.

Your memory is 333.

Don't overclock, underclock to 333 (166MHz clock) until you get some faster memory.

fsbram ratio could be set to auto, which would change the speed to 333.
