i got a big problem.... my computer shut down due to gpu overheating while i was playing and listening to music. now when i move the mouse i hear a zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz in the speakers how can i fix this without formating ?? is there a way ??? did just fried something on the mobo ?? (

Maybe try to reinstall the sound drivers.

Also, is it integrated sound or an actual sound card?

it is integrated and i still can hear that sound even if i mute the sound....

like a buzz sound or sizzle? thats normal for cheapo onboard sound, now if its loud or something then it might be something else

I have had similar issues once. Try changing your mouse and look out for that sound.

Well quite a lot of time it happens because you dont have the mic on mute, so it catches small electrical disturbances and sounds and sends them to the speaker. Simple go to the sound options and mute the mic. You dont need to unmute the mic in order to use it. by mute, it just means that you cant hear your own voice from the speakers while you speak. The voice however, still goes through.

i disabled the onboard audio card and installed a creative audio PCI card and i can still hear that sound...

nope, its a cheap optical, but i never had problems of this kind with it not even on my laptop ...

try using different pci slots...
