It's only showing me the X86 version not the X64 did they take it down ?

Well think the only way is to DL it (naughty naughty) and or wait but I think the MSDN I'm on cost like 500 bucks for a year orsomething in which case thats a deal considering you get 10 of each os from XP up and all MS apps and keys. EDIT if that price isn't correct then forget what I just said.

Also another thing I noticed is when trying to request keys for Vista Ultimate it says there are none available or something along those lines.

I have VL I believe and also an XP VL edition thing. It's only with Ultimate too Vista home premium works so I'll just take that since all I wanted from Ultimate was bitlocker which I doubt Ill use.
EDIT also getting ~260kb/s but i think someone is on Bittorrent.
