The psu is a 350W SmartPower2.0 ATX12V v2.0 power supply
Has a 24pin connector so that's fine.

That should be enough..
What it would need to run is:
NFORCE4 mobo
6600GT PCI-E
1 200GB hdd
dvd burner and floppy
cpu: amd64 3200+
and a wireless card

That is a good PSU and should power your rig fine.

yeah that's what I was thinking now if it was a cheap no brand 350watt I wouldn't use it but being antec should be a fine 350watt psu.
