Do you order from ZZF? This is my first time ever, ive always gone newegg. I ordered my tsunami and 2 blue case fans on wednesday. They just called me last night to verify my address and said it will be 5-7 days before I receive it. That puts it in between monday and wednesday next week. A whole 2 weeks after I ordered it, what is this? Is this how they do business because it seems like if I wouldve paid $10 more and went with newegg I wouldve had it this wednesday probably.

iv ordered from ZZF a few times before. orders went through fine. the first time i ordered they had free fedex 2nd day shipping on most their items so when i ordered on monday i got it wednessday. when i ordered my monitor, they only had free shipping which was just ground shipping. that took a whole week for me. ordered sometime sunday i think and got it friday. /sleep.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="-_-" border="0" alt="sleep.gif" />

Great company. No matter where ya go you will have this time to time. I have had worse experiences from newegg than ZZF.

Ive ordered from ZZF on a few occasions, usually im much more impressed with them over newegg, but the fastest service ive had to date has been mwave. if mwave can get their site a little cleaner, I think they could easily give the egg a run for its money

ZZF usually ships on time, if they have it in stock and you pay for two day shipping. Ground shipping can take 5-7 business days. This is how they do free shipping. Are you sure you marked 2 day? Usually, it arrives in 3-5 days with free shipping.

I have not had a problem with ZZF's shipping, however the ground shipping they use is UPS ground which to me usually takes the five to seven days quoted. The last time I ordered from them was in June of 2006, and Newegg on the other hand I have not ordered from since March of 06 if I recall correctly.
As far as the address check, its possible something kicked up about the address, or the credit card used on the transaction. If you feel like it you can probably still get ahold of them and tell them to cancel the order (bearing they haven't shipped the order).
EDIT: If you need an invoice, make sure to call ZZF and have them mail you an invoice.

I don't count on ZZF and BadEgg for mission critical component shipping. I would use Insight or CDW for overnight, 2 day and Saturday deliveries. I have seen ZZF and BadEgg wait 1-2 days to ship then do 2 day. ZZF and BadEgg can't guarentee shipping dates.

newegg waits 2 days anymore unless you paythe 3 extra bucks for rush ordering, I feel extorted by them anymore, however they usually ship fairly quickly, except my 170 sat in neweggs warehouse overnight because it missed pickup. It should be at my apartment when I get home today, now all I need is a motherboard lol in short, this hasnt been my best expierience through newegg, Im rather disappointed actually

I've had good and bad with both but overall prefer ZipZoomFly.com because their prices are considerably less than neweggs. With the system i've been priceing i can actually save around $89 ordering from ZZF instead of Newegg. As far as im concerened i'll wait a little longer to get my stuff if I can save that kind of money.

Heh, Im glad I live like 10 minutes from the Directron.com Warehouse, so I dont have to wait even a day for my stuff, and no shipping!
I HATE UPS Shipping, they always mess up where to put my stuff, they put my headphones box in the most open part of the patio, it rained, the box got soaked. Thankfully the plastic covering on the headphones made it so nothing really happened, but they've also delivered a repaired PS2 to my neighbors house, and said I signed for a DDR Game + Pad when really it was on the patio again!
DHL All the way man, more companies MUST cut deals with DHL

the only issue I've ever had with ZZF was getting an OEM 36gb Raptor that wasn't intended to be sold in the US (it's serial # indicated it was a unit intended for sale in Hong Kong) thus I had no warranty protection on it at all. WD said it was ZZF's problem and ZZF said it was WD's problem.
I don't like UPS shipping either, when I have the choice, I'll pay extra for FedEX.
Tiger Direct still holds the record for quick shipping. Ordered a cpu and mb at 730pm, 730am the next morning they're delivered. I didn't pay anything extra either . Of course, that was back in 2000.

Dropped Handled and Lost? Sorry, i have never had any item ordered through DHL arrive in what I can constitue as satisfactory condition, Fed ex delivers stuff in ok shape, UPS has never handed me an unsatisfactory package, id rather have that and a day late then a day early and two pieces

Maybe it's just me but I dont get that, how could it be any simpler? Good god a 5 year old could find their way around ZZF's site without any kind of difficulty...
