Good job...it just go's to show how streamlining the cables casn help the airflow and temps....!!
Every time I see one of these threads, it gives me the urge to get a new case, I have a more pressing need of a new HDD for the HTPC than I do a case, but I prefer to buy something I want rather than something I need...LOL
Got to resist the urge for now.... resist...resist...

Thanks
It is about time and yeah the difference is worth the trouble, I have the waterblock mounts on the other motherboard and I am currently prepping the case for the intake fan HDD and the DVD drive.

***** the pure is a big honking unit, it barely fits in my old case, I will break out the dremel to modify the side panel either tomorrow or friday.
I will do all the necessary software set up then but so far so good and no leaks.

Here are some pcis taken with my blackberry,
The pure is pretty big, I have 2 spare SATA drives and I attempted to install windows 7 on an 80GB one and kept getting a hardware BSOD in realtion to a hardware problem and after much research it turned out to be this HDD.
I tried a second one a 160GB and it was previously partitioned and Win 7 was not letting me delete the partition.
So I have ordered a virgin drive and I should have it by Tuesday so I will be able to play with this then.
As well I could not get my cases side panel back on and on the inside of the panel is a dust filter/fan mount, I take it off and still the radiator is too big. As well I can get in three of the 4 screws for the 120MM fan however because of my PSU the one screw closest to the PSU is pushed down and won't get close enough to line up.
I tried modding my side panel using my dremel which I haven't had a chance to yet and I began slowly cutting away the inside of the panel like I wanted however the first cutting wheel does not last long. I try one of the reinforced ones and almost wear it down to nothing.
I am going to have to buy a jigsaw.

Pulled back and tightened the cables in the 900 last night, as well I did a ton of cable management in the other system.
I will take and post some pictures tonight.

Hows that noise on that koolit?
I had considered one, but read a lot of reviews were they started complaining about how loud it got. Any different story from your side? or is the fan replaceable in the mount???

Quiet so far and my 9950 is at stock settings currently. I am considering to replace the fan as it barely fits in my case.

Ok, so say I want to replace the fan with one of my existing fans, a 120mm arctic cooling fan, that shouldn't be an issue then?
Tempting, very tempting....

nah it's just screwed into the radiator. I am considering the Coolit dominator but thats only if NCIX has it on for $99 again

Hehe, I jut checked the price on the Pure again, $130 is a little steep for me at the moment, $70 I would have definitely bought it.

I paid 60 for it during their regular weekly specials and for the past 2 months the pure has been on for 59.99 and the dominator for 89.99 or 99.99
