The TP-750 is what I ordered. and I just cancelled my order because of the comments that it may not support the new GTX465 I just ordered. If it will work I will reorder it. I thought it was one of the better ones especially since I got it less than $100.

Will this PSU be fine for my system and the new GTX465?

yes, if you read the review I linked to, there is a table that shows how the 12v rails are broken down. There will be no "trapped power" or "wasted power". PC Power and & Cooling came out with a bunch of marketing FUD a few years ago that claimed multi-rail PSUs weren't all that great, but it was marketing fluff.
