So I have finally gone to overclock my AMD Phenom II X3 720BE to 3.627GHz but at stock HSF the core temperature during Everest Stress is just too high for me at 60degrees at HSF spinning at 5400rpm on an open case which is pretty noisy. Closing the case is frightening cause I see the temperature jumped to 68degrees on stress. So I bring it down a bit to 3.575Ghz which achieve 55degrees with my case open on the side but 62degrees when closed running at 4200rpm for 4 straight hours. I was surprised that I am able to get this high on an ECS GF8200A Black Series when all reviews stated that it is such a mediocre overclocker of a motherboard.
In any case, I want more MHz at a lower temperature and quieter operation. My target is 3.8GHz for a full GHz OC and if possible, push it to 4GHz to join the 4GHz overclocker club.
Therefore I want it cooler and fancier so I plan to buy a new AM3 Mobo, DDR3 RAM, a Case and an aftermarket cooler just in time for my merry Christmas.
I have decided on a mobo: ASRock M3A785GXH/128M ( The sites below swayed me to this mobo )

But the RAM, Case and Cooler is totally undecided and I don't think I'll have to time to research and evaluate on my own so your help is needed. Budget Below:
4GB DDR3 RAM (good for overclocking) - $60 Is this enough?
Case - $100 - $120
I want one where I can hide all the cables at the back of the motherboard ( I see them all the time in "Show Off your rig thread" ). I wanted the Antec Skeleton but heard reviews are not good about it... And my wife strongly disagree because of the dust issue. So this is still very much open. It must be quiet even full load...
Cooler - $60
I want those made with copper as I like the orange color. Only concern is do they corrode such that the pretty color is lost? I like the ZALMANs below:

I will complete this rig with parts from my current rig:
PSU - Corsair 620HX
CPU - Phenom II X3 720BE
VGA - HIS HD4890 iCooler
HDD - WD 750GB SATA
Budget can be exceeded if there is good reason. But I do not necessarily want the BEST out there cause I don't want to spend too much. So I will settle for what goes best with my existing parts.
Thanks in advance...
