most PSU's that come with computer cases are garbage, the exception being mid-range antec cases that include their Earthwatts series PSU's.

otherwise, your proposed system looks just fine, although you could save some money and get a quad core Athlon II instead of the Phenom X4.

even though the memory says Specifically Designed to compatible with Intel Core i5 and Core i7 for Intel P55 motherboard, would i have any trouble with it?

no, that memory should work fine with that motherboard
