I have a ASRock M3A790GXH motherboard with a AM3 socket. Will a HDT90ZFBGRBOX Phenom II 1090T processor fit/and or work???

Since BIOS version P1.80 it should, see link :

If it is the USB3 model, then from bios P1.10 and up.
