You won't be happy with the FX-6100 so spend the extra bucks and get the 8120 and just OC it to 3.8Ghz.
Also I would spend a little more on the motherboard, the one you pick is probaly not that bad but if your going to use a video card then theres no point getting a board that has onboard graphics plus a better board will over clock better.
I would look at a board that has the 970 or 990X chipset like this

Biostar TA970XE
Yeah thay'er going to cost more but if your building a gaming rig then its well worth it.
