Check out the specs on the PC I am thinking of building, any recomendations?

AMD Athlon 64 3000
PNY 512 MB 2700PC Optima Memory
Logitech Cordless MX Duo Keyboard PS2/USB W/MX700 Cordless Optical Mouse
Toshiba 16X DVD/48X CD-ROM
Enermax CSX 3051L-S3A (Silver) Mid Tower
350W (Pentium 4 Ready) ATX Power Supply
Sony 1.44MB Floppy Drive
Seagate 120GB 7200rpm SATA Hard Drive, Model ST3120026AS
Dell 17" 1703FP UltraSharp LCD Monitor
Asus K8V Deluxe Motherboard
Creative Lab Sound Blaster Audigy LS Sound Card
Altec Lansing 221 3PC PC Music & Gaming Speaker System
Microsoft Windows XP HOME w/sp1

All of that for the price of about $1625. I am kind of wondering if I should get the Plextor PX-708A DVD Burner that can write at 8x instead of the 50 dollar cheaper Sony. I think it wouldn't really be worth it to get the Plextor, because in 6 months, they should come out with the dual-layer DVD burners so they will really go down in price. Do you prefer SonicDVD software or Roxio? Next, I don't know what to do about the video card. I currently have that same one on my pre-built Compaq (lol... terrible?) and for some reason the TV quality definetly isn't as good as on my TV. I thought it might be my cable hookup until I plugged in my Gamecube to the RCA and it looked as bad. Does anyone have the All-in-Wonder, do you have any problems with the TV quality? Any suggestions on the video card? Maybe I should get an ATI card without the TV Tuner and if I want it, I could just buy a Hauppauge card. Anyways, heres a pic of the case, what do you think,

Definitely shoot for a Radeon 9600 or higher (All in wonder), and also Plextor is a good name in optical drives...
