I need to buy a wirless card to setup at my sister's house. I'm going to giver her my Netgear Wireless router and she is running DSL. The computer that needs the card is running 98ME.

Ive never setup a wireless card before, anyone have suggestions?

Also, it's a desktop PC

First off is she running 98, 98SE or windows ME? there is no 98me.

Second, is the router wireless B or G?

With that information we better find a card. I d recommend buying the card from a local retailer, Best buy, Circuit City, Compusa, etc as they hace rebates.

You might not want to go buy something this expensive but I have a Linksys Wireless-G card with speedbooster I bought at bestbuy and it works from my basement... Although it did cost my father 80 bucks

There a lot of deals for Free AR wireless cards that do the job perfectly ... If you don't want to deal with rebates, get a Netgear 802.11g USB 2.0 drive. I got mine for free after rebates a while ago, and it works fine.
