The Modstream has less A on the +12, and more on the +5VSB and more +5? Which one would be better to have ? More amps on the 12 or more amps on the +5's ?

Well it really depends on what you want. Myself I would prefer the non modular one, why? Because of the fan setup, the modstream has only one bottom fan, but the regular ocz 520 has the push pull technology.

Also the modstream has active PFC. It only has 4 molex connectors but I only need 2. so the modular thing would be nice since I only need to molex atx and 4pin. The modstream has an input V of 12 while the other has an input of 10.

I don't know about tagen are they respectable and good ? I would have to get 500W or above. I thought for some reason that the single fan was better because it seems that all the new ones are going this way.

only the international version of the modstream has active PFC...if you click on the product link, you'll see for yourself...I was disappointed to learn that too late when I ordered mine, but I still think the modstream is a great psu...

I know on the Tagans, at least I believe mine, I ordered July 2004 from Newegg, has an Active PFC. Mine I dont remember to be sure, but I have an early version.
