i got a stock amd cooler which is great gets it to 32-34 max load

but soon im getting ocz modstream psu and ocz platium 2gb ram

so im gunna clean the pc out. im sure you can but, can you take the amd fan off wiythout the heatsink?

if not ill buy the paste. if so which paste is best?

I would not take the fan off to clean. Just blow out the HS with the fan on it. If you really have to take the fan off, look on top of the fan. There are some screws that you can remove & gently lift the fan right off.

I think AS5 if good.
