Hey guys, I live in Mexico and will be going on my yearly trip to the USA soon. I've been looking PSU for sometime and pretty-much decided on the modstream because of good 12 rail, great cabling, and reputation.

My questions are..

Does the fan pull air out of the case or in? What is PFC (power fluctuation control?) and how do I make sure I get the international version?

Lastly since I live in Mexico I REALY can't afford any trouble with the thing once I'm back so is this the best choice?
