Mine runs at 89% effiency at full load AFAIK.

So, no, I'd steer clear of it no matter how cheap it is. Theres 400W being drawn from the mains supply, but your PC only gets 280W provided to it.

yea it says that its 400W but that is the MAX....and it will nvr get to teh max. and 25a +12 is way to good to be true for a $22 PSU. I would stay away from that
