I had 2.6 GHz at 1.61V which seems the max for my CPU, but temperatures were pretty high, and I didn't want to run it at that, so I saved those settings in CMOS Reloaded and then decided to find the max RAM speed at the max cpu speed with 1.42Vcore.

Right now, my RAM is running @ 280/560@2.5-4-4-6 and everything else is tight. Before I had it at 275/550@2.5-4-3-7. Problem is I'm getting around 6300 in bandwith with 280/560 in sisoft and over 7000 with 275/550, what is going on here? I even tested with 2.5-4-3-7 on 280/560, but no go. I bumped up voltage so it runs 2.99V steady, I don't know what is going on here.
