QUOTE(TheReturnOfAZ @ Jul 26 2005, 06:07 PM)get the 37 if you are gaming

because you are supposed to match the FSB by the DDR rating divided by 2, DDR400/2 = 200 matches the default clock.  DDR means double data rate thats you you divide.

unless you cant get as good timings with PC3200, but you can.

Negative the FSB uses the HTT multiplier it is 5X defaukt on the SD core he is thinking about and as you raise the bus you lower the multi.

QUOTE(Erasmus @ Jul 26 2005, 06:07 PM)that 4400 is about $400 more, can't do that with this budget, cause its a from scratch system and what not.

Can some1 get me a link to that Tagan psu?

Now do you mean overclocking just the ram? Or overclocking the gpu and cpu?

Get the DDR 500 that way you can run the FSB at 250 X2 =500 mem clock & 250 X 4 HTT = 1000 FSB. If you use thememory divider you skew your ram I like to have full DDR2 then you run at a 9X multi to be at stock speeds and then you atart adding core voltage and raising the clock multiplier.
