Do you have any components you will be migrating over?

Ok, I'll get looking.
One question, why pre-built? It will be cheaper to buy the parts and build it.

One more question, what will you be using it for? -Adam EDIT: Here's an idea to mull over: MOBO $65: http://www.newegg.com/app/View...esc....-123-225&depa=1' ">http://www.newegg.com/app/View...tion=13-123-225&depa=1 CPU $120: http://www.newegg.com/app/View...esc....-103-452&depa=1' ">http://www.newegg.com/app/View...tion=19-103-452&depa=1 Video card $67: http://www.newegg.com/app/View...esc....-125-141&depa=1' ">http://www.newegg.com/app/View...tion=14-125-141&depa=1 Memory $58: http://www.newegg.com/app/View...esc....-145-026&depa=1' ">http://www.newegg.com/app/View...tion=20-145-026&depa=1 Hard drive $59: http://www.newegg.com/app/View...esc....-145-049&depa=1' ">http://www.newegg.com/app/View...tion=22-145-049&depa=1 Case with GOOD PSU $79 http://www.newegg.com/app/View...esc....-202-002&depa=1' ">http://www.newegg.com/app/View...tion=11-202-002&depa=1 Grand total: $448 + Shipping. At that price, you could double the memory or go with a 3000+ and stay within budget. Beat that Kool -Adam

the setup silk posted is pretty much the best you could get.... and yeah, if you game, get another 512MB RAM, but if you don't, you should get a 3000+... or use those spare $50 as an investment in the video department... if you game of course...

Yeah, if you up the video budget to $120, you can get a 6200' ">http://www.newegg.com/app/View...tion=14-122-216&depa=1 or a 9600XT' ">http://www.newegg.com/app/View...tion=14-164-008&depa=1, and still stay within budget. -Adam

TBH, I would be proud to have that system, actually, I almost did. I was going to order that mobo and CPU originally in November, but I pulled and scrounged and went 939.
Still, that is still a mighty fine system, and definately beats pre-builts costing 2+ the cost.
BTW, I wouldn't skimp and get a different PSU, as that E-Power is a good unit.

even the AXP 2800+ is like $5 more than the A64 2800+ Yeah but the AXP 2800+ is so awesome. But I would up the video card, I game on 512 and it's like nothing, I know that 1gb would be better yeah but I think a better vid card would outweigh that.

I was going on the assumption that he was going to carry the liscense over from his now defunct system, but if he needs a new one, stick with the first configuration I listed and get XP Home OEM.

I shopped at TD once. And that was once to many. For me, their customer service was terrible. The parts I purchased from them, I never received my rebates. After doing exactly what they had told me 4 times ! Then, after about 6 months, they refused to acknowlede that I had even placed an order there. Maybe it was just my experience, but I'll never even visit that website again.
