kokowskim Junior Member Posts: 1 Joined: 03/18/2005	I have: AMD 64 3200+ GA-K8NXP-9 Cool & Quiet enabled (verified with CPU-Z) but my CPU Fan speed remains constat @ 3300 rpm CPU tem is round 30 deg C How to lower CPU fan speed when CPU is idle (in order to reduce noise)

Gunny Senior Member Posts: 942 Joined: 01/06/2004	I had the same problem some time back when building a pc. seems that some bios versions don't support the throttling down of the fan speed.
