I keep waffling... Opteron 170, 2.0GHz x 2 cores stock, 2.6GHz currently.

1.39v core voltage. 44C both cores loaded with Prime95 currently.

You should separate it by dual core, cause you can't rate them higher cause technically they have two processors and we single core users don't. And you can't rate them same either because that isn't fair cause I would think it takes more work to co a dual core than a single core.

I have my 3200+ @ 2.6 GHz currently, but more to come cause the 704-2BTA BIOS is great!

Hey Logan! Here's a link to the Bios CD which is a bootable .iso. It's got the 704-2BTA bios, which is better than some of the beta stuff. Give it a try.

Also, I got a nice overclock I suppose on my X2 4400+. Right now it's sitting at 255x11 for a whopping 2.81 ghz or 2805 mhz.

Haha, i forgot the link!

Grab it there. Alos, one good thing, I have noticed that with this BIOS it takes around 0.03V less to get to the same speed stable as it would on the 06/23. It is definitely a great BIOS. Alos, it gets rid of some really unsafe voltage options. It also adds in the 233/200 and 250/200 dividers.

My axp-m 2500 can go faster but for now its at 2.255 cause of ram stability problems (I don't want to let the ram run at 3-3-3-9 and it doesn;t want to go much higher otherwise, so I'm testing different voltages, etc... this system has to be 100% stable).

So thats a 23% overclock for now... but it will go higher I hope. Still not bad especially for socket a... I can't even try to overclock like some of these new chips (like say the new opterons...)

I got a 44% RAM OC but this Clawhammer doesn't like much over 2.3Ghz. I'll kick all of your [content edited] soon enough though. /smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' />

Yeah I forgot about that... by my comment I merely meant my chip has less potential, not that it was easier to overclock.

*Edit* and we'll see my chip may have a lot more potential (so both interpretations of my statement may be false), I really think this RAM is holding it back (so far no matter what ive tried it doesn't want to let the multiplyer above 11, even with more voltage at fsb 200 it was unstable... but fsb increases give more of a performance increase anyway)
