I am building a system for a friend who is on a budget but needs to have good overclocking capabilities. I am mainly needing recommendations on a good budget mobo and video card, either AGP or PCi-express. system will not be for gaming; however It will be running an Opty 144 and needs to be oc'd. I currently have this cpu oc'd to 2.8ghz@1.4v with stock HSF on my DFI-Ultra D. I will probably leave it at this speed and not try to overclock any higher although I am sure I can get at least another 100MHZ out of it easy. Wish my Opty 170 oc'd this easy.
Anyways any recommendations on overclock friendly budget mobo and budget graphics card would be greatly appreciated. I was thinking $100 or less on mobo and around $50-60 on video card but other recommendations will be considered as well.

Ill see what he wants to do about the GPU.
Off topic BP: can you overclock your Opty 146 any higher? I just got 2 Opty 144 0602's and I am currently running them @2.8ghz @ 1.4v and have just begun my oc journey. Thes processors are insane. I almost though about getting another one and selling my opty 170, but I have noticed that the dual core performs better while running multiple apps.
