pollardhimself Senior Member Posts: 296 Joined: 12/04/2005	its needs to play counter strike source i already got some stuff to start a intel celeron d 2.8 256/533 processer socket 478 needs a fan 1 512 stick of pc2700 and a hard drive and cd drive i need a case with power supply a motherbaord a videocard think of using http://www.newegg.com/Product/...asp?...N82E16813135217 board point me in some direction 2 go should i dump the ram and get somin else also http://cgi.ebay.com/Kingston-D...C-32...1QQcmdZViewItem has some used ram for cheap kkingston ddr400 the video card i was lookin at was http://www.newegg.com/Product/...asp?...82E16814102289R just found this case i like it alot http://www.newegg.com/Product/...asp?...N82E16811148030 just get me at some kind of starting point, i can go up a little more if need be i may have to get a bigger hard drive 2 with the motherboard i picked and the case with shipping is 98.98 leaves me with approx 56 dollars for a video card i can go a little over

liltechdude Case Modder Posts: 1152 Joined: 01/03/2005	board looks fine. I think 512MB of PC2700 may or may not cut it, im not sure on that, and do u have the extra money to possibly pick a 9600XT? They are much better cards, and ive seen one run beyond perfect with BF2. Aspire X-dreamer Case w/420w psu $68.49 18amps on 12v rail, which should be fine for a celeron... $153.98 which doesn't leave any room in your $155 budget for RAM.
