if anything, spend double and get the westinghouse 37" 1080p TV/monitor. i almost wish i had... elsewise, wait til the 2405fpw is on sale, as it goes on sale A LOT for 700ish.
2 together sucks, youd be lucky to have a crosshair in the center... most games only run on one monitor. and yes, video on both is a pain.
2407fpw was pulled it has a lot of issues. get 2405fpw if anything.
24" diagonal. on a 16:10 screen. do the math to see if it would match up on a 2005fpw, because it sounds somewhat complicated.
EDIT well now it looks like teh 2407fpw is back. you have 2 options:
- find a 2405fpw for cheap, liek $600, on ebay or something, you SHOULD still get the warranty, from when it was purchased...
- read reviews for teh 07 and consider buying it. $800 right now, and thats not even a big discount.
EDIT2 i googled a bit and found this,http://forums.extremeoverclock...show...ad.php?t=223949
a good read, however, just remember all that nonsense WILL (and SHOULD) be cracked eventually... i mean come on, a new video card and monitor just to watch HD movies? GET A CLUE COMPANIES... ive had terminator 2 on HD for quite some time. 1080p. OH AND IT FITS ON A 9GB DVD. and i need nothing special to run it (well, except a ton of WMP [content edited] just to get it to play, [content edited] i cant even get working lately, i might have to just *download* a movie i already own).
still cant really tell if the banding is fixed or not yet from those comments.
