What is your budget? DFI for sure, but we need a budget to determine the specific model. What graphics card are you planning to use? Will you be doing SLi or Crossfire? Pci Express?
EDIT: I still say overclocking or not, DFI is still the better option.

Me too, but the board isn't so vital if running stock, just as long as it's stable and has decent features.

Both of which the DFI satisifies, but regardless...it doesn't matter.

Responce to all the questions
No SLI or Crossfire..
No Oc'ing...
Yes PCI Express
and i'll be using a Sapphire x800GTO2 video card..
It's going to be my gaming machine and ocing MIGHT be a viable option later on but I plan on keeping it stock for quite some time.
I can spend about $120 on the board.. although about $100 would be nice

How are the Infinity series, I don't see much different with them except a bit limited on the voltage. What kind of ram do you use? http://www.newegg.com/Product/...asp?...N82E16813136163' ">http://www.newegg.com/Product/...p?Item=N82E16813136163 http://www.newegg.com/Product/...asp?...N82E16813136164' ">http://www.newegg.com/Product/...p?Item=N82E16813136164 Pick either one that fits.

I heard the Infinity was poop, but that was on an extreme OCing forum where 99% of the members owned Sliders.

Ok lets get away from the DFI fanboys. Well 255 I believe I can help you find some good motherboards. Here is a list of 22 motherboards that have PCI Express on them and are below 120 http://www.newegg.com/Product/...ist....Submit=Property' ">http://www.newegg.com/Product/...ory=22&Submit=Property Personally I like these boards out of those Asus A8N E' ">http://www.newegg.com/Product/...p?Item=N82E16813131530 I am using this in one computer, very good board, stable. http://www.newegg.com/Product/...ist....Submit=Property' ">http://www.newegg.com/Product/...ory=22&Submit=Property http://www.newegg.com/Product/...asp?...N82E16813135175' ">http://www.newegg.com/Product/...p?Item=N82E16813135175

there's always the Neo 4-F...same board as the Neo 4 Platinum with a few features missing...not nearly as many BIOS settings as a DFI, but my venice OC's to 2.5ghz with zero problems...however, if your 3500 is a Winchester core and you even want to try to OC, avoid the MSI Neo 4 series altogether.
