my beast is a IBM Netfinity 7000 - 8651 TMO

2 pentium pro running @ 200Mhz with 512 L2 cache
512Mb RAM
3 x Seagate Cheetah 9.1Gb SCSI
24Gb Tape Drive
1Mb sleath 2500 graphics card [wow]
3 x 4" fans sucking everything thats in front of it, while making enough noise that i can nearly hear it from wherever in my house [special]

Windows 2000 pro at the moment

im looking to upgrade the beast, ive tried looking for another pair of p pros on, but there are rarely any that match my current ones, and the ones i find on only ship to the US, [my luck] anybody knows where else i could try?

and 2000/XP pro support 2 processor, but can a OS that support 2 run 4?

I think that trying to find anything older than a p3 is hopeless (w/ the exception of ebay)

I did some looking one time and came across this company by the name of evergreen technologies, and they make slot 1 processors, to replace p2 systems.

I dont think that there is much out there for Pentium Pros, I would scrap the system and harvest the scsi drives and create a new system. those scsi drives are nice, but pricy.
