Hey people don't like usin dividers, they like to have their FSB and RAM at the same speed. And as long as the food is there it doesn't matter how fast it comes.

You keep telling yourself that. Did you not read the FS article? You know how much of a hit you can take from high latencies? Bandwidth doesn't mean anything if it's accessed slow as sin.

Seemingly, but it doesn't take as much as a hit on a P4 as it would on an Athlon.

Incorrect. The P4 takes more of a hit. Go check that FS article again. When they're adding additional DIMMs it's increasing latency.

Well thats with the addition of more ram. Most people don't use more then 2 sticks.

The point is the principle is the same. Whether you're using 4 sticks or using 2 sticks with high latency, the penalty will generally be the same. The P4 will take a hit, rest assured.
