I have an eMachines T2778. It came with the Athalon XP 2700+. I noticed that the same mother board is used on bigger machines with the 3200+. Is this worth the $200 or so to upgrade to the 3200+, or is the 3000+ a better value, or should I just stick with the 2700?

If I DO change, is it a simple matter of swap & drop? Can I use the same sink & fan?
