Ok here's the Spec:
Dual AMD Opteron 246
Giga-byte GA-2CEWH
2x 1Gb Sticks of Corsair XMS ECC REG Ram (PC3200)
i'm Running Aerocool 620W PSU
He's running RaidMax 650W PSU
Both Running Titan Vanessa L-Type Heatsinks 120MM Fan w/ 25mm Copper Heattube
on Both Processors

We have both Experienced CMOS failure He lives 2.5 hours away from me and his system is about 2 months newer then mine and mine was built in Feb.

Any idea's?

Is it on a UPS? Could be a bad UPS battery. Replace CMOS battery. Remount board. Could be shorting against the chassis. Unplug and restart CMOS. Reflash it to same rev. Could be a corrupted CMOS. Replace power supplies. Could be bad power supplies. Hard to say.
