Well I don't really want to upgrade CPU or RAM. I'd like to be able to upgrade my video eventually though. Any newer Socket 940 boards with PCI express? I did find a couple dual CPU boards, but would prefer a single. Thanks.

Yeah, that does look pretty nice. Just a waste to have a second socket I am never going to use.

Ouch. $250. Maybe I will just wait and get a new CPU and MB when AM2 comes out. Make this my server and get a new desktop. Thanks for finding it though. I couldn't get prices.

newegg had an MSI(s940) board in stock with SLI capabilities... they don't have it anymore, but look around for it if you're interested in the idea.

and for the record, server motherboards ARE expensive.
