hello all...

this is a repost...as i seemed to have posted in the wrong thread...

im running an AMD Athlon 64 3200+ Venice core

on a Gigabyte GA-K8N-SLI

i wanna oc my cpu to run at about 2.4 - 2.6


CPU 69 °C (156 °F)
CPU Core 1.09 V
CPU Clock 1005.04 MHz
CPU Multiplier 5.0x
CPU FSB 201.01 MHz (original: 200 MHz)
Memory Timings 3-3-3-8 (CL-RCD-RP-RAS)


if you need any other specs lemme know...but if anyone can help id appreciate it

You are going to want and get a new cpu cooler or try cleaning up the one you got. 69c is way to high to even attempt to start overclocking. I have a 3000 939 at 2.5ghz and dont hit higher than 60c on prime95 full load at 1.65v on a cheap 12 dollar HSF. Figure out your heat issue and Id be glad to help.
