first off system specs are in my sig if you need to know them
i've tried googling this but i'm not sure what to look for really.
ever since i've went dual 5770's running crossfire i get flickering on the screen while playing bad company 2 .... this is the ONLY time i get flickering, it does it on nothing else, and it only does it during gameplay not on menu's or anything. it will flicker white lines or black lines and sometimes they are thicker than other times and sometimes they move up the screen (kind of like an old t.v. tuning into a channel) ... they are solid lines but they are faint............... sometimes it wont do it for a while ... SEEMS like it does it more when there is alot of dust or smoke going across the screen....
i've tried all the settings i know of in the game as far as quality setting it from low , medium, high........... the game runs veryyy smoothly even when maxing out the settings, regardless of the flickering.
its getting really annoying............ if you wanna see exactly what i am talking about let me know a program for free that i can d/l to record gameplay and i'll record a few minutes and upload it.
i think it has something to do with the anti-aliasing .. if i turn it all the way down to 1x then the flickering lessens but it still happens .. or maybe its just my imagination haha.
and again it ONLY happens when crossfire is enabled... if i disable crossfire there is no flickering. but have to turn the settings on the game down to medium which umm defeats the purpose lol
