ya know these H50,s do not have removable fittings. They are sealed and not removable.

Not quite sure how this mode will work for you, but are you sure the pump can handle more volume and another rad ?

I dropped the rad. mod

Im done seeing temps above 55c I was about to mount and AC unit in my window but figured this would be cheaper.

Ive seen others run them with the same rad. and a res.

Im just going to give it a run with push pull and go from there.

What can I expect Guru?

push pull 30c idle 44c to 47c max load @ 4 Ghz 1.5 v win 7 x64 after 1 to 3 hours gaming if room temp is 72 to 73f. Lower if the temp in the room is lower.

Stock H50 just the dual fan.

case cooling and room temp will play a part bud.

Make sure all your ducks are in order and dont just hope the H50 can do it all by it's self lol.

I am running a stability test right now 30 min test with all 4 cores @ 100%. Far more heat then a game can produce.

Just to give ya an idea what to expect. Games will always run 4 to 7c cooler then a all 4 core 100% stability test.

So if she stays under 50c after 30 min of toucher , I say we have a winner lol.

Yate loons are the best bang for the buck its not the cfm your after its the static pressure that is needed for watercooling.

40 DB is a tad overkill on noise level for my taste.

I use 28 db fans now

7 more min to ed of test. So far temp has held very solid, I am out right impressed.

Awesome possum thx guru for the ss's
Thats a full 10c less than everest is giving me right now.
You still got the orginal corsair fan on there?

Bshot those fans have the exact same design as the one i have only difference is a 200rpm higher speed.

that is with the 120 mm case fan that came with the case and the original corsair fan yes.

Clearly if I swapped out the fans for louder higher CFM I would gain even better temps.

Also note, our OC's are virtually identical lol.

LoL funny how that worked out only difference is your surving stress test now and Im not.

Once those temps hit 57c its goodbye, why did winter leave me WHY!!!

Oh well this will make for even better ocing next winter

Ive got a general idea of how Im going to mount this thing

But boy its going to be one ghetto rigged pimped out emachines lmao.

After the 1090T, if cash is still good from selling these car parts, I'll look into a case.

I have a bran new pair of XIGMATEK XSF-F1251 120mm 24 db 1800 + RPM 74 CFM Case Fan I think tomorrow I will swap out and wire the pump direct to the PSU via 3 pin to 4 pin molex adapter.

Just to make sure I get max efficiency, should be good for 2 to 4c more in drop.

So I did what we talked about. Swapped out the 120mm fans for twin 120 mm 74 CFM 1800 RPM+ 24 db fans.

Connected the pump directly to the PSU via 3 pin to 4 pin molex adapter.

Running a 30 min everest test now 4 Ghz 1.5 v same OC as you. So far results are a reduced 2 to 3 c across the board. I am now down to 45c and the test is about 12 min in now. I will post results shortly.

there ya go, subtle improvement, but improvement none the less.

Actually, my 965 temp is higher after playing BFBC2 for 3 hrs.+ versus running Everest for 1-2 hrs.

BFBC2 doesn't use 100% of all four cores, while the Everest stress test does.

BFBC2 = 51-52c (max. 54c)

Everest = 50-51c

I'm also considering getting the H50, will use two Ultra 120mm (79.3 CFM) dual ball bearing fans as push/pull.

sounds like a wise choice bud.

Post up pics of your temps for us.

I don't really have a way to test in game CPU temps any more.

Xfire and sensor monitors will not work together.

I can only monitor cpu temps in 2D not 3D.

its prolly 2 late but use these fans,

<br [/L]

i got 2 of the 120 CFM ones slammed on to my H50 rad. i advise you dont do this unless you have crankin speakers like i do otherwise there loud as crap when at max rpms of like 2500. the ones i linked are pretty good if ya do push pull put one on the outsideof the case the rad on the inside then the other fan.

with my case im dealing with the bad airflow by jammin as much air into it (the zalman gs1000) cus im gettin rid of one of the top exhausts due to the H50 being bedda as a intake with the push pull system.\

It may be worth it i can pull off a 4.12 ghz overclock with the H50 with these suckers with max temp at 52c
