Mesh behind my front fan weaken the structure of my case? Reason being, ive got some sever audible turbulence up there, im going to rearrange my HDDs to see if that helps, but once ive got it that far, im wondering if i cant just take some clippers, and cut a hole around the fans entrance also to minimize any remaining turbulence I should never have moved my case off the floor XD

No, you can cut out the mesh. The chrome ring grills used on some power supplies are a good thing to look at for a replacement if you don't want to leave just a big hole there.

I agree with mime. Another good feature on the newer cases are the honeycomb design wich provides excellent airflow while maintaining dust prevention.

On my SLK1600, I just hit it with my dremel, to open up the front. Also to mount a 90mm fan.
