Lol....ARRRGGHH!!! Now I knew I should have bought a 6800LE instead of this 6600GT.....

How does that work now? Surely the 6800LE's have DDR1 Memory, and the 6800GT's have GDDR3 memory.....

Νο way the 6800LE can work as a 6800GT. Different hardware. Yes, it may narrow the performance gap between them, yes the string of the BIOS can be changed and it can show 6800GT instead of 6800LE, but no. The 6800LE cannot be actually transformed onto a 6800GT.

Oh, and the stock clocks of the GT are 350/1000.

When they mean LE to GT, they are only referring to core clock speeds and unlocking the pipes...
