Looks good for a 20% performance gain WITHOUT overclocking. I think this now justifies the $100 price tag of the 6200.
Of course, all 6200's will not mod... but it's still a decent card with only 4 pipelines. And with the extra 4, it's a 6600 STD... which just begs to be overclocked.
