trying to overclock the following

socket 754 MSI neo K8T (MS-6702)
sempron 3000+ 1.8 mhz
2x 512 PC3200 (200 mhz)

ive managed to increase the cpu speed to 2.0 im using a standard AMD heat sink and the temp on load is around 50c, idle about 41c. (planning on getting new hs/fan)

options i got in bios which stand out are

memclock mode -auto atm
memclock value -DDR 200 333 400 etc << greyed out atm because its on auto
vcore
mem voltage - @ 2.50
vcore - 1.550
FSB - 220

only increased the FSB and mem voltage so far

core center/clockgen are no good to me before anyone suggests it = crap
